Provider Biography
Dr. Ying joined the Department of Otolaryngology in September 2014 after practicing and being on faculty at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center. She is a graduate of SUNY Stony Brook School of Medicine, and completed Otolaryngology residency at University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. She then completed two fellowships in Otology and Neurotology at Allegheny General Hospital and Baylor College of Medicine, respectively. Dr. Ying is a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology and the American Neurotology Society. She is board certified in Otolaryngology and Neurotology. She is the author of multiple journal articles, book chapters, and has presented at national conferences. She is fluent in both English and Chinese Mandarin. Dr. Ying will further grow the Otology/Neurotology and Skull Base program at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School. She will help to create a multidisciplinary team that will improve the quality of life for hearing and balance impaired individuals, and those diagnosed with skull base tumors.
