Reflecting on Success: Rutgers Health Strategic Plan Year Two
May 6, 2024
Dear Rutgers Health Community,
We are delighted to recognize the two-year anniversary of our Rutgers Health strategic plan, "OneRBHS: The Way Forward." As we reflect on the past year, amidst transformative opportunities and challenges, Rutgers Health continues to stand as a beacon of innovation and progress for New Jersey and beyond.
In the second year of our strategic plan, we navigated pivotal transitions and strategically positioned ourselves for growth, aiming to become a leading academic health center. Through meticulous planning and execution, we laid the essential groundwork for a future defined by innovation, collaboration, and unparalleled excellence in research, education, community service and engagement, and health care.
We are proud to share some of the major highlights and accomplishments of this past year, including adopting a new identity, celebrating our founding in 2014, and forging a stronger future for healthcare education and innovation.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to the strategic plan implementation and monitoring committees and everyone who has contributed to making our vision a reality. It is your dedication and hard work that propel us forward on our journey to becoming one of the nation's top academic health centers.
As we look ahead, let us continue to work together as one, with enthusiasm and determination, guided by our shared values and commitment to making New Jersey communities well.
Sincerely,
