Togetherall is a digital peer support tool that students can use for peer-to peer mental health support. Togetherall is available online, 24/7, and is anonymous to students.
Licensed and registered mental health practitioners, called Wall Guides, monitor the community to ensure the safety. Togetherall's services include self-help courses on anxiety, sleep, depression and others.
Peer support allows students to connect with other students and share their experiences. Support can focus on the practicalities of school, our shared world experiences, or emotions that come up for all of us.
Our peer supporters are trained to listen, provide support, and help you access additional resources if needed.
The Joy at School Mini-Grant Program is a new initiative that invites Rutgers Health students to propose creative, student-led projects that promote belonging within their school. Students are encouraged to think broadly about what increases belonging.
What does belonging look like in your school community?
The first year’s theme, Cultivating a Sense of Belonging, emphasizes the importance of creating environments where every student feels seen, heard, and valued. A sense of belonging is a fundamental human need that involves feeling accepted and valued within a group or community, significantly impacting mental health and well-being.
Our ever-growing suite of programs is designed to support every aspect of student well-being. These are just a few examples of the kinds of activities happening across our Rutgers Health campuses. Visit our calendar to find more.
