OneRBHS: The Way Forward
Strategic Plan 2022-2027
A Bold Direction
With the new 2022-2027 Rutgers Biomedical and Health Sciences (RBHS) Strategic Plan as our guide, our aim for the next five years is clear: to realize our collective vision of a multidisciplinary, multi-dimensional, and multi-faceted organization—in which the whole is far greater than the sum of its parts—and to set a new standard for excellence in health sciences education, research and patient care.
The 2022-2027 strategic plan provides an innovative blueprint for One RBHS as we work together to define and shape The Way Forward.

Process and Preparation
In late 2019, the Strategic Planning Steering Committee set out to thoughtfully and carefully craft a new RBHS Strategic Plan for the next five years. Despite challenges that included a global pandemic, the committee and our RBHS community came together to ensure broad participation in the development of the plan and our direction for The Way Forward.
