Energizing Equity Symposium
The Energizing Equity Symposium will provide a forum for faculty and administrative staff (with supervisory/teaching roles) to engage in a deeper dive on topics related to equity and inclusion. We will explore strategies to mitigate bias and tools to address microaggressions. Through dialogue and practice we hope the participants will hone their skills in navigating important work place conversations around differences.
