The Seeding Postdoctoral Innovators in Research and Education (SPIRE)-IRACDA program is thrilled to host the 2024 IRACDA Conference and to welcome everyone to the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, the first public university in the nation, established in 1789.

This year’s conference theme is Maximizing Impact through Research and Teaching. SPIRE hosted the very first IRACDA conference in 2002, again in 2008, and now for the third time in 2024. We strive to host engaging professional development opportunities and social interactions among the IRACDA community.
