Rutgers Health, in collaboration with Rutgers, Rutgers University Behavioral Health Care, RWJBarnabas Health, and University Hospital, will host a month-long series of programs in March to raise awareness of the importance of sleep for professional and academic well-being.

Aligned with National Sleep Week, events throughout the month will include expert-led presentations, as well as interactive wellness activities, team-based sleep challenges, and resources designed to support off-hours employees and students. Live programming will include Yoga Nidra sessions and tabling events at multiple campus locations.

Don’t miss keynotes by NASA researcher Dr. Erin Flynn-Evans on March 13, and Dr. Maryam Makowski, a clinical associate professor in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Stanford University, on March 17.
