Implementatation, Monitoring, and Assessment
To achieve the strategic goals articulated in the plan, an Implementation, Monitoring, and Assessment Team (IMAT) will define metrics to measure progress over the five-year plan. The IMAT is overseen by an executive committee, a steering committee with two co-chairs, a project manager, nine strategic goal committees, a monitoring and assessment committee, a marketing and communications committee, and advisors.
