2025 Chancellor Awards Nominations Deadline Extension

Dear Colleagues,

Thank you to all who have submitted nominations for our sixth annual Rutgers Health Chancellor Awards.  If you haven’t yet nominated a colleague, please consider doing so! 

In response to requests from many of you who need additional time to complete your submissions, we are extending the deadline one time only to: Monday, June 9, 2025 (by 5 pm).  

Please visit the Rutgers Health Chancellor Awards website for detailed information about the award categories, eligibility criteria, and the nomination requirements.  Nominations must come from within Rutgers Health schools or units and may not be initiated within or supported by members of the Chancellor’s Office. Deans, Directors, and other direct reports to the Chancellor are not eligible; Chancellor’s Office staff, including staff of the Senior Vice Chancellors and Vice Chancellors, are also not eligible.

Current year nominees for faculty, staff, or team awards cannot be recipients of an award in any category in the prior three years, but renominations from prior years are welcome.  A person can only be nominated in one category per year.  All nominees must have completed a minimum of 3 years at Rutgers Health/RBHS and accomplishments should be limited to work completed at Rutgers Health/RBHS that may build on work done beforehand.  Some categories of awards require longer time in service at Rutgers/RBHS as detailed below in each award eligibility criteria. Importantly, a nomination is, by definition, a special thank you regardless of whether the nominee is selected.
