RBHS UEI Consolidation Update

Dear RBHS investigators and research administration staff,

Please be reminded that RBHS has now consolidated the Unique Entity Identifiers (UEIs) for each RBHS school into one UEI. The consolidated RBHS UEI (YVVTQD8CJC79) has been in use since mid-June for all submissions by RBHS units to NIH and other sponsors. Key information, such as pertinent addresses and assurance numbers, for proposal submission can be found in our Institutional Quick Facts Guide.

Investigators may begin receiving emails and other communications from the NIH and other sponsors relating to a change in institution/UEI/address for incoming awards. This is a normal and expected part of the communication from the sponsor as we transfer current activity (incoming awards or existing awards) to the new UEI for RBHS. Please send any communications from the sponsor to your Office for Research, Research and Sponsored Programs (RSP) Grant Specialist so they can appropriately manage the transition process.
